• Payment terms will be provided prior to commencement of work.

• Full payment is required as agreed unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide:

• Accurate information about the property and damage.

• Safe access to the property for our staff and contractors.

• Compliance with any local laws or regulations affecting the work.

5. Insurance & Liability

• We carry insurance for all services provided.

• AJ Building & Restoration is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including extreme weather, supplier issues, or third-party actions.

• Liability for any damages caused during service is limited to the value of the services provided.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

• We reserve the right to reschedule due to emergencies, weather, or operational reasons.

7. Warranty & Guarantees

• Work performed is guaranteed for a period specified at the time of service.

• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the guarantee period.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by AJ Building & Restoration and may not be used without permission.
